The story
Pierre Goarant and Laurent Toutou met at Google Cloud in Dublin in January 2019.
One from Landivisiau, Brittany, and the other from Paris’s 20th arrondissement, they left their families and jobs to take on the challenge of working at one of the world’s largest companies.
From the very first days, Pierre and Laurent quickly became friends. Their shared passion for football and prospecting brought them closer. They soon began developing techniques and new strategies, demonstrating creativity in generating qualified pipeline.
By the end of their first year, out of 35 people, Laurent was named the top junior salesperson at Google Cloud Europe, with Pierre ranking third.
One Friday evening in December 2019, Pierre and Laurent met in the Temple Bar district of Dublin, and Pierre asked Laurent:
“Put yourself in the shoes of a sales or marketing manager. You need to generate more business. Which external company would you trust to do the lead generation for you?”
At first, there was no convincing answer.
In the following days, after investigating the outsourcing market, they quickly realized that:

The problem is a lack of quality.
Pierre and Laurent realized that their passion for prospecting, IT, and high-quality work could resonate with certain marketing and sales leaders.
Thinker was born. Derived from the English word “Thinker,” this name highlights the idea of rethinking and improving the approach to prospecting.
Thinker develops and implements the most effective prospecting strategies for its clients.
Today, the company has ten employees and is continually hiring new talent who share the founders' values: curiosity, creativity, respect, honesty, perseverance, ambition, and humility.
